This website is operated by NHRM Tech Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17390130, with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect
If you join our list, we collect your email address. That is the only personal information we ask you for.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how many people visit this site and which pages they look at. It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. We use it only to see whether people are finding the site.
We do not use advertising trackers or any other tracking scripts.
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the signup form from automated abuse. Cloudflare may set security cookies at the network level as part of protecting the site. These are not used to track you or to advertise to you.
Why we collect it, and what we do with it
We use your email address to tell you about Kure. Specifically, we will contact you when the app launches, and we may offer early access to a limited beta and any founding member offer to people who joined early.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Our lawful basis for sending you these emails is your consent, which you gave when you signed up. You can withdraw it at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you, or by emailing hello@kuredaily.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we sent you before.
Who processes it for us
We use Loops to store our email list and send emails. Loops acts as our processor and handles your email address on our instructions. Loops is based in the United States, so your email address is transferred outside the United Kingdom. That transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards.
This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, or until it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for. If Kure launches and you have not engaged with our emails, we will remove you from the list.
If you unsubscribe, we remove your address from our sending list. We may keep a minimal record that you unsubscribed so that we do not accidentally email you again.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise any of these, email hello@kuredaily.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website is not intended for children. Kure is an 18+ product and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make a significant change to how we use your information, we will tell you by email.
